I think it's an okay place, but the people who run it are easily confused and so not very foreigner friendly. We told them we were going to move out on the 4th of Oct and simply stated we were trying to get all our stuff moved out before then because we were moving to a new place closer to our new school. So after hearing that they thought that we wanted to change our move out date. We NEVER told them that, then they came back and said we now need to give them half a month rent (so they're taking our deposit). It was their mistake and we get to pay for it.

The staff were the most helpful and kind. Really liked the stay. Great place if you are looking for a cheap accommodation in Fukuoka but still with a very good quality

The place is a bit far from the city center but still very accessible (only 6 train stop away - about 10- 15 minutes). Commuting in Fukuoka is very easy so this is not really a problem

Air con in my first room didnt work but they corrected it straight away

Really nice and helpful staff and it is like a home. I really love there and the price is really nice too. It is two station away from hakata station which is also operated by jr. jr pass can be used. if you are going to experience the life in areas around hakata, this would be a great choice.

The staff were amazing and really went out of their way to make sure that I had everything I needed. One of the cleaners helped me sort out the heating by ringing the manager. They assured me that I should ring them if I had any other problems - nothing was too much trouble. Thank you! The location has easy access to the main centre and the train station to Hakata is nearby. It is a safe location and you feel like you are living in a true Japanese suburb - not at all touristy.

Absolutely nothing to say. It was a great place and would highly recommend to other western travellers. Would stay here again!
